🚨 THE CLARITY ACT COULD BE DEAD FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS.

Republicans have lost the midterm elections, and this will create bigger challenges for Trump's plan to make America the crypto capital of the world.

Here's what could happen:

1) Clarity Act: Not a single Democrat voted in favour of the bill in September, and with them now gaining more control, it'll become even harder to bring clear crypto regulations.

2) New Crypto Laws: Republicans will now need Democratic support to pass major pro-crypto legislation, and with Democrats' anti-crypto stance, it looks tough now.

3) Tougher Restrictions: Democrats could push for stricter rules on crypto exchanges, stablecoins and other crypto assets. They are already planning to give the SEC more oversight and limit CFTC authority.

4) Institutional Adoption: Without clear regulations, banks and big investors could become more cautious about entering crypto.

That doesn't mean crypto adoption will stop, but it could push many crypto builders offshore.
